What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver internationally, excluding Australia. For Australian customers, our Robb & Lulu collection is exclusively available in stores. Click here to find your nearest stockist.

How much is delivery?

We offer free international shipping

Delivery Timeframes
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified via email and will receive a tracking number.

International Shipping
Sent via DHL. Please allow approx 7-21 days after dispatch. (Please note, due to COVID restrictions and the busy Christmas time, we cannot control delivery timeframes of postal services and couriers).

Note that customers are responsible for any customs duties that may be payable.


COVID-19 Shipping Update
We are working hard to get deliveries to you as quickly and safely as possible. We are happy to say that our fulfilment centre is not experiencing any delays, and in most cases your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please allow extra time for potential delays with delivery, due to our shipping partners experiencing increased demand. 

RETURNS

  • Full priced items may be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund.
  • Items purchased at a discount (including where a discount code has been used) can be returned for an exchange or store credit only.
  • In order for us to accept your return:
    • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
    • Products must be in brand new, unworn and unwashed condition, with all original tags still attached.

  1. Please email us at orders@robbandlulu.com and include your order number, return reason and whether you would like an exchange, store credit or refund.
