Australia and New Zealand at this stage. Worldwide coming soon.

How much is delivery?
We offer FREE Standard Shipping within Australia on orders over AUD$150.
Otherwise, Standard Shipping is AUD$10.00 and Express Shipping is AUD$15.00
Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of  AUD $29.00

Delivery Timeframes
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified via email, and will receive a tracking number.

DELIVERY - AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES

Standard Shipping
Sent via Australian Post. In most areas of Australia, delivery usually takes approx 2-7 business days after dispatch. In remote areas, delivery can take up to 10 business days.

Express Shipping
Sent via Australian Post. Australian Express Shipping is available at AUD$15.00.

DELIVERY - ADDRESSES OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Standard International Shipping to New Zealand
Is available at $AUD29.00. Sent via Australia Post. Please allow approximately 14-21 days after dispatch.

Robb and Lulu is not responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your country.

Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order ships we'll send you an email with your tracking number.

RETURNS

We want you to love your new Robb and Lulu pieces.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about sizing.

If you would like a refund on an item, you can do so on full priced items only, that are returned within 14 days of the tracked delivery date to you.

Clothing must be in brand new and unworn condition, with all original tags still attached.

All purchases of sale or promotion are final and items may only be exchanged with our approval.

To request a return:

1. Please email us at sales@robbandlulu.com.au and include your order number, return reason and whether you would like an exchange, or refund.

2. Once you receive approval from us, please return your items to us and we will ship exchange items, or process your refund once we have received the returned goods.
